A resolution to oppose the elimination of or reduction in the cost-of-living adjustments (COLAs) in social security benefits prior to the time that the National Commission on Social Security Reform has reported its findings and recommendations.

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that cost of living adjustments in social security benefits should not be eliminated or reduced before the findings and recommendations of the National Commission on Social Security Reform have been considered by the President and Congress.
