A resolution providing compensation in lieu of salary and office administrative support to Gladys Noon Spellman.

Directs the monthly payment of compensation in lieu of salary to Gladys Noon Spellman, an amount to which she would be entitled but for her inability to take the oath of office. Provides administrative and clerical support to her office under the principle of law relating to continuance on the payroll of certain congressional employees in cases of death or resignation of a Member of the House of Representatives.
