A resolution amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to decrease the amount of outside earned income which a Member may have in 1982.

Amends rule XLVII of the Rules of the House of Representatives to decrease the amount of outside earned income a Member may have from 30 percent to 15 percent of such Member's salary for 1982.
