A resolution to amend the Rules of the House of Representatives to limit the number of bills and resolutions which any Member may introduce in a Congress.

Amends rule XXII of the Rules of the House of Representatives to prohibit a Member of the House from introducing more than 20 bills and resolutions during any Congress.
