A resolution requiring that certain allowances for Members of the House of Representatives be fixed and adjusted by resolution agreed to by the House of Representatives.

Provides that the authority of the Committee on House Administration to fix or adjust allowances made necessary by the change in the price of materials, services, or office space shall not apply to allowances fixed or adjusted after enactment of this resolution.
