A resolution expanding the limitation on authority of the Committee on House Administration to fix and adjust certain allowances for Members of the House.

Provides that the authority of the Committee on House Administration to fix or adjust certain allowances shall not apply to allowances fixed or adjusted after enactment of this resolution.
