A bill to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for deportation of certain nonimmigrant aliens who knowingly participated in unlawful or violent acts in connection with a political demonstration.

Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to authorize the Attorney General to order the deportation of certain nonimmigrant aliens (including foreign students) in the United States who: (1) knowingly participated in a political demonstration resulting or intending to result in personal injury or property damage; or (2) while in the United States, took part in any unlawful activity or advocated the overthrow by violence of any organized government.

Permits the Attorney General to suspend deportation of such students.
