A bill to extend the Federal Supplemental Compensation Act of 1982 and to increase the number of weeks for which compensation is payable under such Act.

Amends the Federal Supplemental Compensation Act of 1982 to extend to September 30, 1983, the period during which Federal supplemental unemployment compensation is payable under such Act.

Raises the amount which must be established in a Federal supplemental compensation account for an eligible individual applicant's benefit year. Requires that such amount be reduced by the aggregate amount of extended compensation paid for such benefit year.
