Amends the Federal Reserve Act to provide for congressional review of any policy change affecting interest rates or the money supply which is adopted by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System or by the Federal Open Market Committee.
Allows either House of Congress to veto such policy by adoption of a resolution of disapproval within 60 days after notification of such policy.
