A bill to amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, to exclude illegal aliens from coverage under the Act.

Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to exclude from coverage under such Act aliens who have not been lawfully admitted for permanent residence or authorized by the Attorney General to accept employment.
