A bill to expand Japan's market for United States agricultural products.
Japanese Market Expansion Act - Imposes an equity fee of five percent of the wholesale cost of an automobile on each automobile imported from Japan, unless Japan agrees to increase by 20 percent its imports of: (1) U.S. beef and beef products; (2) U.S. citrus fruit and fruit products; and (3) U.S. vegetables and vegetable products. Authorizes appropriations.
