White House Conference on Productivity Act - Directs the President, within a year of enactment, to conduct a White House Conference on Productivity, to develop recommendations to stimulate the U.S. productivity improvement rate. Lists the policy options the Conference shall consider.
Requires the Conference to submit a report to the President. Requires the report to be made public. Directs the President to transmit to the Congress recommendations for legislative action to implement recommendations in the report.
