A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that the legality of an individual's residency in the United States shall be taken into account in determining such individual's entitlement to benefits thereunder and any other entitlement thereunder on the basis of such individual's wages and self-employment income.

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to permit an individual's wages or self- employment income to be taken into account for purposes of determining eligibility for title II benefits only if such individual shows that the wages or self-employment income were derived while he or she was a U.S. citizen or national or was admitted to the United States as a permanent resident and was legally able to work in the United States.

Prohibits the payment of monthly benefits unless, upon application for such benefits, the applicant is a U.S. citizen or national, is lawfully admitted for permanent or temporary residence in the United States, or is not in the United States illegally.
