A bill to provide for the operation of a Southwest Collegiate Institute for the Deaf.
SouthWest Collegiate Institute for the Deaf Act - Authorizes the Secretary of Education to enter into an agreement with the SouthWest Collegiate Institute for the Deaf of Big Spring, Texas, for the operation and development including construction and equipment, of the SouthWest Collegiate Institute for the Deaf. Authorizes appropriations for the operation and development of such Institute.
Sets forth requirements, under such agreement, for the use of Federal funds, an advisory group to the director of such institute, and annual reports.
