A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to include chiropractic care in the health care that may be provided to members and certain former members of the uniformed services and their dependents and to authorize chiropractors to be appointed as commissioned officers in the Armed Forces to provide such chiropractic care.

Amends the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services to entitle members, former members, and dependents of members of the uniformed services to chiropractic care.

Permits the appointment of chiropractors as commissioned officers in the Medical Service Corps. Entitles such officers to the same special pay received by dental officers.
