A bill to provide for the time in which to appeal to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from a determination of the United States International Trade Commission.

Requires an individual seeking review in the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit of an adverse final determination of the United States International Trade Commission relating to unfair practices in the import trade to appeal within 60 days of the determination.
