Requires the Secretary of the Interior to reimburse the Okefenokee Rural Electric Membership Corporation for installation of transmission facilities which supply electricity for the Federal Government within the Cumberland Island National Seashore in Georgia. Conditions reimbursement upon: (1) the Corporation entering into an agreement with the Secretary to continue to provide adequate electrical service at reasonable rates for the seashore and to repay any amounts paid under this Act to the Corporation, plus interest, if the Corporation fails to provide such service in the future; and (2) the Secretary auditing the Corporation's records to determine the amount due the Corporation under this Act. Authorizes appropriations for such reimbursement.
Revises the boundaries of the seashore.
