Congressional Page Education and Dormitory Act - Establishes the Congressional Page Board to establish and maintain a school and dormitory for the education and housing of congressional pages. Authorizes appropriations as necessary.
Prohibits a person from serving as a page before the age of 16 years (currently 14 years for a Senate page).
