A bill to amend the Agricultural Act of 1949 to require the Secretary of Agriculture to make land diversion payments for the 1983 crops of wheat and feed grains.

Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949, as amended by the Food and Agriculture Act of 1981, to require the Secretary of Agriculture to make land diversion payments for the 1983 crops of wheat and feed grains.

Establishes such payments for wheat at $2 per bushel and for feed grains at $1.50 per bushel of corn.

Permits producers to apply for the program through the end of the acreage limitation program certification period.
