A bill to amend the Tariff Schedules of the United States to repeal the special tariff treatment accorded to articles assembled abroad with components produced in the United States.

Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to delete the tariff provisions: (1) for U.S. products assembled abroad; and (2) for U.S. metals exported for additional processing and returned for further processing.
