Amends the Trade Act of 1974 to allow payment of a trade readjustment allowance for a week beginning after July 1, 1982, to a worker who would otherwise be eligible for the allowance, if: (1) the worker is engaged in job training during such week; (2) the worker's training was approved before the worker began the training; (3) the worker began such training before July 1; and (4) the worker has made satisfactory training progress for that week.
