Amends the Internal Revenue Code to authorize the Secretary of the Treasury to disclose the names and addresses of persons receiving permits to produce distilled spirits for fuel use to certain State agencies for use in enforcing State laws.
Limits such disclosure to State agencies with the responsibility for the enforcement or administration of: (1) State law relating to the manufacture, production, or sale of distilled spirits; or (2) State taxes imposed on the sale of distilled spirits.
