A bill to amend the Food Stamp Act of 1977 to require that individuals who are elderly or disabled and who live in certain types of group living arrangements be treated as individual households.

Amends the Food Stamp Act of 1977 to deem as an individual household a certain kind of person who resides in a certain kind of group living arrangement. Specifies such persons as: (1) those individuals who are 60 years of age or older; or (2) blind or disabled recipients of Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance or Supplemental Security Income benefits under the Social Security Act.
