A bill to amend the Agricultural Act of 1949 to reduce the level at which the Secretary of Agriculture is required to support the price of milk.

Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 to reduce milk price support levels for FY 1982 through 1985. Eliminates related milk support provisions based on net costs and net purchases.
