Includes among the duties of the United States Secret Service Uniformed Division the protection of motorcades and other places associated with visits to certain foreign diplomatic missions in the United States.
Authorizes additional appropriations for reimbursements to State and local governments for use of their services, personnel, equipment, or facilities by the Secret Service in protecting certain foreign missions.
Directs the Secretary of the Treasury and the Secretary of State to consult with the Secretary of the Navy and report to Congress on the use of marine security guard services in the U. S. mission to the United Nations.
