A bill to provide for payment of certain insurance benefits to certain protected employees of the Consolidated Rail Corporation to insure that such employees were not disadvantaged between April 1, and September 30, 1976.

Directs the Consolidated Rail Corporation (Conrail) to pay certain employees who were deprived of employment between April 1 and September 30, 1976, a sum in compensation for disadvantages incurred with respect to any voluntary relief plan benefits or preretirement benefits provided under any life or medical insurance plan.
