A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to provide each taxpayer with a $75 a day deduction.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to provide each individual taxpayer an itemized income tax deduction for $75 a day. Limits the number of days the deduction may be taken to the number of days Congress is in session.
