A bill to establish a Commission on a North American Economic Alliance.
North American Economic Alliance Act of 1981 - Establishes a North American Economic Alliance Commission to study the development and utilization of the resources of the United States, Mexico, and Canada, including studies of: (1) existing economic relations; (2) the elimination of tariff barriers; and (3) the development of industry along common borders. Sets forth provisions concerning membership, staffing, and powers of such Commission. Requires such Commission to report annually to the President and Congress. States that such Commission shall terminate on September 30, 1985.
Authorizes appropriations.
