Urgent Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1982 - Makes supplemental appropriations for FY 1982 to the Department of Education for student loan insurance.
Makes supplemental appropriations for FY 1982 to the Department of the Treasury for the: (1) salaries and expenses of the Bureau of Government Financial Operations; (2) Environmental Protection Agency for construction grants; (3) Interstate Commerce Commission for payments for directed rail services; and (4) salaries and expenses of the Merit Systems Protection Board.
