Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to issue rules and regulations to implement provisions of the Reclamation Act of June 17, 1902, and other reclamation Acts, with respect to the management and use and protection of lands, waters, or other property under the Secretary's jurisdiction. Sets forth penalties for any person who knowingly violates such rules and regulations.
Makes it a Federal crime to kill any Bureau of Reclamation official assigned to perform law enforcement functions.
Authorizes the Secretary to cooperate with local law enforcement officials, including reimbursement of expenditures of such localities, in connection with resource protection and administration.
