Small Business Survival Act - Amends the Small Business Act to authorize the Small Business Administration (SBA) to make direct loans to help small businesses remain or become solvent.
Sets forth the terms of such loans. Authorizes funds for FY 1983 and 1984 for the loan program. Requires the SBA to make quarterly reports to the House and Senate Committees on Small Business on the applications received, approved, and denied under the loan program.
