Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to revise the tariff treatment of dolls and certain toy figures.
Grants duty-free treatment to: (1) stuffed dolls; (2) doll clothing imported separately; (3) certain toy figures of inanimate objects; and (4) skins of dolls and toy figures of animate and inanimate objects. Imposes specified tariffs on dolls that are not stuffed and on certain toy figures of inanimate objects.
