A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Army to convey certain lands and improvements to the City of Bell, California.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Army to convey certain land with improvements to the city of Bell, California. Requires the city, pursuant to an agreement with the Secretary, to restore, improve, and modernize a Government-owned building on the land. Provides that such building shall remain the property of the United States. Sets forth a formula to determine the amount the city shall pay to the United States for such conveyance.
