A bill to amend title 10 of the United States Code to entitle retired members of the armed forces employed for the Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps to recompute their retired or retainer pay taking into consideration such employment and to allow such retired members to treat certain amounts as active duty allowances for all purposes.
