A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code to make independent entities eligible to receive funds under the disabled veterans' outreach program and to allow the Secretary of Labor to station disabled veterans' outreach program specialists at various locations.

Permits the Secretary of Labor to station disabled veterans' outreach program specialists at local employment service offices, Veterans' Administration readjustment counseling centers, and other sites.

Makes independent entities eligible to receive funds for such an outreach program.
