Amends the Anadromous Fish Conservation Act to authorize appropriations for FY 1983 through 1985 for: (1) State anadromous fisheries grants; and (2) the striped bass program.
Requires a member State of the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission to implement the Interstate Fisheries Management Plan for Striped Bass by September 30, 1984, in order to remain eligible for such programs.
