A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to establish increased criminal penalties for any person convicted of committing a felony while wearing bullet resistant body armor.

Amends the Federal criminal code to establish additional penalties, including a one year mandatory, minimum term of imprisonment, for any person who wears body armor during commission of a felony.
