Small Business Venture Capital Act of 1981 - Repeals the $35,000,000 limitation on the amount of debentures issued by a small business investment company for purchase or guarantee by the Small Business Administration (SBA) under the Small Business Investment Act of 1958.
Sets forth formulas for determining the amount of debentures which may be purchased or guaranteed and outstanding at any one time from any small business investment company.
Specifies the types of investments which small business investment companies may make.
Permits such companies to make loans to their employees for the purchase of company stock.
