A bill to amend the National School Lunch Act to provide that income used for certain special hardship conditions shall not be included as income for purposes of determining eligibility for free or reduced-price lunches.

Amends the National School Lunch Act to exclude as income in determining eligibility for the school lunch program, income used for: (1) unusually high medical expenses; (2) shelter costs in excess of thirty percent of income; (3) special education expenses; and (4) disaster or casualty losses.
