A bill to remove statutory limitations upon the application of the Sherman Act to labor organizations and their activities, and for other purposes.
Antitrust Law Labor Amendments of 1982 - Amends the Clayton Act and the Norris-LaGuardia Act to eliminate limitations on the application of the Sherman Act to labor organizations and their activities.
Amends the Sherman Act to declare illegal any agreement between a labor organization and an employer under which the employer calls for a boycott of any product. Sets forth penalties to be imposed against any person who enters or attempts to enter such an agreement.
