Medicaid Work Incentive Amendments of 1981 - Amends title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act to permit a State to permit individuals to have income above the amounts set in the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981 and still qualify as AFDC (Aid to Families with Dependent Children, title IV) recipients for purposes of title XIX.
