Passenger Car Crashworthiness Rating and Labeling Act - Amends the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1966 to direct the Secretary of Transportation to promulgate a Federal motor vehicle safety standard establishing passenger car crashworthiness rating and labeling requirements in accordance with this Act.
Sets forth provisions of such motor vehicle safety standard.
