Amends the Currency and Foreign Transactions Reporting Act to authorize the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a reward to any individual who provides original information that leads to the recovery of a criminal fine, civil penalty, or forfeiture, which exceeds $50,000, for any violation of such Act.
Authorizes appropriations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
