A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to prohibit certain non-custodial parental transportation and detentions of children, and for other purposes.

Amends the Federal criminal code to establish a penalty of one to five years imprisonment for any parent who transports or entices his or her child from a state in violation of or with intent to violate a child custody order.
