A bill to amend the Federal Salary Act of 1967 to provide that recommendations for the adjustment of executive, legislative, and judicial salaries be made biennially instead of quadrennially.

Amends the Federal Salary Act of 1967 to require that persons be appointed to the Commission on Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Salaries biennially and that the Commission make its recommendations on adjustments to such salaries biennially (currently quadrennially).
