A bill requiring that trade readjustment allowances for weeks of unemployment after September 30, 1981 be determined on the basis of "old law" in the case of workers entitled to such allowances for weeks of unemployment beginning before October 1, 1981.

Amends the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981 to require that a worker's trade readjustment allowance for weeks of unemployment after a specified date shall be determined under the Trade Act of 1974 (not the Omnibus Reconciliation Act) if the worker was entitled to such allowance before such date.
