Requires the Secretary of the Interior to develop a report containing alternative plans for the preservation, use, and management of the property in Warm Springs, Georgia, known as the Little White House built by Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1931, the associated pools and springs, the Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation, and the Franklin Delano Roosevelt State Park. Requires the Secretary to report to the appropriate congressional committees, not later than one year after enactment of this Act, on the feasibility of further development of such historical area and the establishment of programs for the rehabilitation of the physically disabled within such area.
