A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to provide that National Guard Technicians who are found to be physically disabled for duty as members of the National Guard under the provisions of the National Guard Technicians Act shall be considered disabled and suffering a disability within the meaning of chapter 83 of title 5, United States Code.
National Guard Technicians Disability Reform Act of 1981 - Declares that National Guard technicians who are found to be physically disabled under the provisions of the National Guard Technicians Act shall be considered to be disabled for purposes of provisions governing disability retirement from the civil service.
