A bill to amend the Small Business Emergency Relief Act to provide for emergency relief for small business concerns in connection with fixed-price Government contracts for the lease of real property.

Amends the Small Business Emergency Relief Act to include a real property lease as a type of fixed-price contract with respect to which emergency relief may be given.

States that contracts which were in effect, as well as those entered into, between August 15, 1971, and October 31, 1974, may qualify for such relief.
