Provides that, for purposes of service-connected veterans' disability benefits, a named individual shall be held and considered to have been a member on active duty of the U.S. armed forces during his service in Vietnam as an intelligence agent with the U.S. Marine Corps.
Deems such individual to have been discharged or released from such period of service under conditions other than dishonorable.
